APPOINTMENTS

Reviewing the policy page, in its entirety, is required before scheduling
any appointment. By booking or requesting an appointment, you agree to all terms
and conditions.

Availability
- Same-day appointments are not accepted for any service
- Phone calls, texts and emails are not answered during services. Every
  attempt is made to return contact within 24 hours. Phone calls, without a clear
  voicemail message, are not returned.
- If appointments aren’t available during your desired date and time, please
  submit a request to be added the “Hot Spot” wait-list, including
  your full name, email address, phone number and desired service. In the event
  your request can be fulfilled, you will be contacted by phone or email. Hot Spots are filled first-come-first-serve.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION

Please remove all braids and twists before your appointment

Services are not performed on hair that is not at least 2 weeks post-relaxer

Have your hair thoroughly washed and free of ALL products. Hair that does
not look or smell clean will result in a $25 service fee for a non-scheduled
shampoo, if time permits. If there is no time for a shampoo, services will not
be performed and a cancellation/rescheduling fee will be incurred.

CANCELLATION &

RESCHEDULING

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your
appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the
cancellation fee

Any cancellation or rescheduling fee incurred must be paid prior to
the next service
- Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice in order to
  avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations or rescheduling NOT made within 24 hours will incur a fee of
  50% of the service charge
- Missing an appointment without any contact (voicemail, email, or text
  message) will be considered a “No Show.” No-Shows will incur a fee of 100% of
  the service charge

Mobile Appointments
- If at any time I am late (traffic, overrun appointments, etc.) I will
  contact you.
- Cancellation and rescheduling fees also apply, in addition to mobile mileage
  fees
- All fees incurred must be paid prior to the next service

ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time

Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may require appointment rescheduling or a
refusal of service, to avoid affecting any other appointments. Refused
appointments due to tardiness will incur a cancellation fee of $40.

CONSULTATION &

DEPOSITS

All service charges are “starting prices.” Exact prices can only be quoted
during a consultation

Consultations are optional. Exception: Insta-Locs, require a consultation
and a deposit. Please see the F.A.Q. section for further information

In the event a deposit is necessary, it is non-refundable

PAYMENTS

Cash only

“Grandfather Clause”

In the event service charges are changed, current clients may request to
receive the previous price
- Current Clients: Clients who have received service within 4 months. If it
  has been more than 4 months since the last service, you must pay the current
  price.
- Only applies to specific services that have been performed within 4 months.
  - Example: If you have received a Satin Strip Twist-Out, 2 months ago and a
    Crochet Weave 6 months ago, you cannot request the “grandfathered” price for a
    Crochet Weave.
- Grandfather requests MUST be made at the time of appointment booking
- Creationz Anew reserves the right to discontinue or modify this privilege at
  any time

Referrals

Clients who refer others are offered $5 service credit.

Referral credit is granted after the new clients completion of a service of
$100 or more

Referral credit may be accumulated but only used in increments of up to $20

Referral credit “Cash-In,” requests MUST be made at the time of appointment
booking

Creationz Anew reserves the right to discontinue or modify this privilege at
any time

CHILDREN

Creationz Anew does not provide any space or environment for children that are not receiving services

In the event a client does not have adequate childcare, they must reschedule their appointment

PROPERTY

Creationz Anew is not responsible for any lost or broken items. Clients are responsible for their own belongings and are asked to keep up with their property. Any items left behind will only be stored for 1 week. Any items not retrieved after this time (7 days) will be disposed of (thrown away, donated, etc.).
